Mr. Thwaites has over 28 years of experience in financial services, petrochemicals, and consulting, with a global reach spanning the USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. He co-founded Lubricating Specialties Company Jamaica in 2015, revitalizing the local lubricant manufacturing industry. With a solid track record of organizational leadership, Mr. Thwaites has developed and negotiated long-term partnerships with major global companies, closed various debt and equity financing deals, and delivered consistent growth and returns. Known for his dynamic
leadership, trustworthy and ethical approach, and keen market understanding, he has served as CEO of LSC USA and held advisory roles with the U.S. Export-Import Bank and the Petroleum Quality Institute of America.
Luwanna Williams is President and CEO for PROVEN Wealth Jamaica. She is charged with the development and execution of revenue generating strategies for Proven Wealth Jamaica. She is committed to delivering on the Company’s mission of providing sound investment advice and best-in-class service to its clients, while achieving superior value for all stakeholders.
Luwanna brings over 16 years’ experience in the local financial sector spanning the areas of Investment Banking, Financial Regulation and Financial Risk Management. Throughout her career inCorporate Finance, she has assisted companies in the public and private sectors to raise over J$36 billion in capital through the local and regional debt and equity markets. Luwanna has had a stellar career in the local finance sector having worked with JN Fund Managers Limited, Jamaica National Building Society and the Bank of Jamaica.
She holds a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance, along with a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance (Special) from the University of the West Indies, Mona.
Chrisloy Robinson is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance the corporate solutions offerings of the company and leads the team of Private Wealth Advisors to charge them in understanding their clients’ unique needs to provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.
Chrisloy has over ten (10) years of experience in the local financial sector with a focus on sales and relationship management. He holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a major in Finance and is a level one (1) candidate in the Charted Financial Analyst (CFA) Program.
Monique Lawrence is responsible for overseeing, developing and maintaining a robust risk and compliance framework within the company. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of the West Indies, a Master’s in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Technology and the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) designation. Her role includes identifying potential areas of vulnerability and developing the requisite corrective action plans to address any associated risks. She also provides guidance and support in relation to regulatory and compliance issues across the organization.
