Jamaica Macaroni Factory Limited is a contract manufacturer of pasta and macaroni and cheese products serving partners in local and export markets in the Caribbean. We also manufacture our house brand Marco Polo pasta which includes our full range of pasta products.

We produce a wide range of pasta products which have increased over the years and now includes short goods pasta such as macaroni elbows, penne, shells, spirals, rigati, vermicelli and veggie pasta. The long goods type products include macaroni, spaghetti, fettuccine and lasagne.

Among the categories of products we supply are bulk and retail products both to local and export markets. Some of our bulk products are used by other manufacturers, for example our vermicelli is used in dry soup mixes. In addition, we supply pasta to Hospitality and Food service establishments who service hotels, restaurants and caterers.

Mr. Thwaites has over 28 years of experience in financial services, petrochemicals, and consulting, with a global reach spanning the USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean. He co-founded Lubricating Specialties Company Jamaica in 2015, revitalizing the local lubricant manufacturing industry. With a solid track record of organizational leadership, Mr. Thwaites has developed and negotiated long-term partnerships with major global companies, closed various debt and equity financing deals, and delivered consistent growth and returns. Known for his dynamic

leadership, trustworthy and ethical approach, and keen market understanding, he has served as CEO of LSC USA and held advisory roles with the U.S. Export-Import Bank and the Petroleum Quality Institute of America.
